How do I download a file?
- Once
logged into ClaimAssistant, click My Sessions or Control Panel.
- Click Details/View Details under the Action column.
- Under Session Status,
click the Manage Files tab.
- Under
the Manage Files tab, choose the
tab for file being downloaded (i.e. Photos for .jpg; Audio, for .wmv; Documents for .doc or .pdf).
- If you
are having trouble locating the file, try the Other tab (which will contain .txt files and others).
- Select
Get File, then Save to download.
